Crescent Moon Coffee & Tea is committed to freshness; we roast the coffee when your order is placed within 24-48 hours and then ship the coffee, tea and other items the next business day. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your item(s) ships.
If any one of our products fails to meet your expectations, we will replace it or refund the full cost of the product.* We strive to provide excellent customer service and will do whatever we can to ensure that you're satisfied. * Note: Although we accurately grind espresso and Turkish coffee, the dynamic nature of these preparation methods do not enable us to create exact grind profiles. Therefore we cannot accept returns on either espresso-ground or Turkish-ground coffee.
